Anti-integrins / Integrin inhibitors & Ulcerative colitis (UC)

Chu et al. conducted a network meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Anti-integrins / Integrin inhibitors for treating Ulcerative colitis (UC). Vedolizumab (L04AG05) was found to have the highest efficacy in maintaining clinical remission. However, these drugs are costly and come with numerous adverse effects, making them unaffordable for everyone.
