C-X-C chemokine receptor type 6 (CXCR6) is found on intratumoral CD8+ Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes (CTLs). These cells are more immunocompetent. CXCR6+ CD8+ T cells were tumor antigen-specific. They enhanced anti-PD-1 effects.
