Adoptive T Cell Therapy / CAR-T is a form of adoptive T-cell therapy that has become a major treatment option for relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), especially when standard therapy has failed. In B-ALL, the main CAR-T targets are B-lineage antigens such as CD19, CD20, and CD22, with CD19-directed products having the strongest clinical track record so far.
