Adoptive T Cell Therapy / CAR-T, especially CD19-directed CAR-T, is an established treatment class in several B-cell lymphomas and has had far greater clinical success here than in AML. In B-cell lymphoma, the biology is more favorable because CD19 is a strong lineage antigen on malignant B cells, and depletion of normal B cells is clinically manageable with supportive care such as immunoglobulin replacement when needed.
