In the context of Cemiplimab & Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CSCC), cemiplimab is the first anti-PD-1 antibody that was FDA (2018) and EMA (2019) approved as a systemic treatment for locally advanced and/or metastatic Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CSCC) when curative surgery or radiotherapy is no longer amenable.
