Anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies are a major treatment class in multiple myeloma, and they are commonly combined with a glucocorticoid - usually dexamethasone - plus an immunomodulatory drug such as lenalidomide or pomalidomide, especially in relapsed/refractory disease and increasingly in frontline regimens.
