Cisplatin + Fluorouracil (5-FU) are each individually approved antineoplastic agents and are used together in platinum–fluoropyrimidine regimens for gastric cancer (e.g., in ToGA‑type HER2‑positive regimens and in adjuvant/definitive CRT protocols).
There is no centrally authorized EMA product that is a fixed cisplatin/5‑FU combination for gastric cancer; use is at the regimen level based on guideline‑accepted combinations of the separately authorized drugs.
