In the context of Fulvestrant + Ribociclib & Breast cancer / Mammacarcinoma (HR+ Her2-), the FDA has granted approval for Fulvestrant + Ribociclib for postmenopausal women who have Breast cancer / Mammacarcinoma (HR+ Her2-). This can be used either as the initial endocrine-based therapy or after the disease has progressed following prior endocrine therapy.
