Anti-PD-1 Antibodies / PD-1 Inhibitors are a core systemic treatment class for advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC/CSCC), especially when disease is unresectable, locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic and not curable with surgery or radiation. The two main PD-1 inhibitors used in CSCC are cemiplimab and pembrolizumab.
