SER-155

SER-155 is an oral consortium of cultivated bacteria, developed as a microbiome therapeutic candidate intended for clinical development. This therapeutic is designed using microbiome biomarker data derived from human clinical data, human cell-based assays, and in vivo disease models. The primary goals of SER-155 are to:

• Decrease infection and translocation of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract.


• Modulate host immune responses to reduce the incidence of Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD).
