On June 12, 2026, the FDA approved subcutaneous Belzutifan + Berahyaluronidase alfa-pmph + Pembrolizumab for adults with Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (ccRCC)

It is for those at intermediate-high or high risk of recurrence after nephrectomy or after nephrectomy and resection of metastatic lesions (1)

In Europe, the combination of Belzutifan with pembrolizumab and berahyaluronidase alfa-pmph is not supported for RCC.
