On June 12, 2026, the FDA approved belzutifan (Welireg TM) with pembrolizumab (Keytruda) for adults with Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (ccRCC). The cancer must have a clear cell component. It is for those at intermediate-high or high risk of recurrence. This is after nephrectomy or after nephrectomy plus resection of metastatic lesions.
