In the context of Chronic Liver Diseases & Dysbiosis, microbiome changes are linked to advanced chronic liver disease (ACLD). The role of microorganisms in disease mechanisms is unclear. Our analysis found similar bacterial strains in oral and gut microbiota. Notably, Veillonella and Streptococcus species were present.
