Heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60)

Heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60) is found in bacteria (e.g., chlamydia). It significantly induced Interleukin 6 (IL-6) production by human endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and macrophages to an extent similar to that induced by Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) from E. coli
