Toll-Like Receptors (TLRs) agonists are relevant to bladder cancer mainly because intravesical BCG is the classic and clinically established example; it exerts antitumor activity at least in part through TLR2 and TLR4 signaling, especially in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). Beyond BCG, other TLR agonists such as TLR7, TLR9, and TLR3 activators have shown preclinical or early clinical interest, but they are not established standard bladder cancer therapies
