Bi-specific T-cell engagers (BiTEs), especially blinatumomab, are a key T-cell–redirecting immunotherapy in B-ALL and are now established mainly in relapsed/refractory and MRD-positive disease. In practical terms, BiTEs offer an “off-the-shelf” alternative to CAR-T by recruiting the patient’s own endogenous T cells rather than requiring ex vivo cell engineering.
