Nous-209 is a neoantigen cancer immunotherapy that has shown promising results in clinical studies. It is an off-the-shelf polyvalent viral vectored cancer vaccine targeting 209 frameshift peptides (FSPs) selected from tumors with a deficiency in mismatch repair / microsatellite instability (dMMR/MSI-H).
Interim results from phase I studies have indicated that Nous-209 is safe and elicits a robust immune response in healthy individuals and has shown promising early signs of clinical efficacy in patients with dMMR/MSI-H tumors.
