A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled cross over phase II treatment trial of inhaled OligoG CF-5/20 administered for 28 Days in adults with Cystic fibrosis (CF)

Conclusion:
The inhalation of OligoG CF-5/20-dry powder over a period of 28 days was found to be safe for adult subjects with cystic fibrosis. However, there was no statistically significant improvement in Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second observed.
