In an interim analysis based on NCT03052608, it was found that patients with previously untreated advanced Non-Small-Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC) (ALK m) who were treated with Lorlatinib experienced a significantly longer progression-free survival compared to those who received Crizotinib.
