CADI-05 is a poly-Toll-like receptor (TLR) agonist and polyantigenic vaccine derived from heat-killed Mycobacterium indicus pranii (also known as Mycobacterium w or Mw) with immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. It works primarily as a Toll-like Receptor 2 (TLR-2) agonists and can stimulate macrophages and dendritic cells, enhance T and B cell responses, and induce a Th1 immune response - mechanisms that support its use as an anticancer and immunomodulatory agent.
