Bispecific monoclonal antibodies are an investigational immunotherapy class in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) (1, 2, 3)
They are designed to redirect T cells or NK cells against leukemic targets like CD33, CD123, CLEC12A/CLL-1, and FLT3 (1, 2, 3)
Proof-of-concept activity has been shown in relapsed/refractory AML (1, 2, 3)
