Bortezomib + Dexamethasone + Lenalidomide is labeled for use in adult patients with previously untreated multiple myeloma who are not eligible for transplant.

In 2019, the European Commission approved Bortezomib + Dexamethasone + Lenalidomide for multiple myeloma following a positive CHMP opinion.

FDA status

The FDA has not issued a standalone approval for the Bortezomib + Dexamethasone + Lenalidomide regimen alone.
