Elacestrant is FDA approved for the treatment of postmenopausal women and adult men with Breast Cancer / Mammacarcinoma (HR+) (ER+) (Her2-), ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer, following progression on at least one line of endocrine therapy.
