Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccine + Durvalumab is approved by the FDA for high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) as of May 28, 2026 for adult patients with BCG-naïve, high-risk NMIBC, based on the phase 3 POTOMAC trial results (1)

As of early June 2026, there is no EMA approval for the durvalumab + BCG combination in bladder cancer.
