Selinexor is approved for multiple myeloma by the FDA and EMA. There is no separate approval for plasmocytoma.The FDA gave accelerated approval on July 3, 2019. Dexamethasone + Selinexor is for adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Patients must have had at least four prior therapies. They must be refractory to at least two proteasome inhibitors, two immunomodulatory agents, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. Later, the FDA approved selinexor with bortezomib and dexamethasone for adults after at least one prior therapy (1)
