Bispecific monoclonal antibodies (bsAbs) are now a core treatment class in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, especially as “off-the-shelf” T-cell–redirecting therapies targeting antigens such as BCMA and GPRC5D on plasma cells plus CD3 on T cells. For plasmacytoma, they are not a separate established disease-specific class; their role is mainly inferred when plasmacytoma represents myeloma involvement, particularly extramedullary disease, rather than as standard therapy for solitary plasmacytoma.
