Clostridioides difficile M3 (NTCD-M3 spores) are an orally administered live biotherapeutic consisting of a nontoxigenic Clostridioides difficile M3 (lacking the toxin genes) being developed to prevent recurrent C. difficile infection (CDI) by colonization-based competitive exclusion of toxigenic strains after antibiotic treatment
