Bifidobacterium longum KACC 91563 vs Enterococcus faecalis KACC 91532 were given to BALB/c mice. Food allergies in them were induced by ovalbumin and alum.
Conclusion:
Bifidobacterium longum KACC 91563 helped reduce allergy symptoms. Enterococcus faecalis KACC 91532 did not. B longum KACC 91563 specifically targets mast cells. It helps alleviate food allergy symptoms. It and its protein show promise as treatments for food allergies.
