Death from cardiovascular causes at 180 days and worsening heart failure at 5 days.
Conclusion
This trial involved patients hospitalized for acute heart failure. An infusion of serelaxin was tested. It did not lower death rates from cardiovascular causes at 180 days. It also did not reduce worsening heart failure at 5 days compared to placebo.
