It is a randomized, double‑blind, placebo‑controlled, parallel‑group, single‑centre clinical trial studying 2‑week oral supplementation with Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HN001 + Lactobacillus acidophilus La‑14 (10¹⁰ CFU total per capsule in 4:1 ratio) or placebo in 49 premenopausal Caucasian women (18–50 years) without vaginal complaints (1)

Vaginal colonisation at species level of L. acidophilus and L*. rhamnosus* (1)
