In treating marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), therapy targeting Tec-family kinases mainly involves BTK inhibition. Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) is a Tec-family kinase. It is the only clinically validated target for MZL. Other Tec-family kinases are not yet recognized as therapeutic targets for this condition.
