On January 17, 2025, the Food and Drug Administration gave the green light to datopotamab deruxtecan-dlnk. This is a Trop-2-directed antibody and topoisomerase inhibitor conjugate. It is intended for adult patients dealing with unresectable or metastatic breast cancer. Specifically, it targets those with Breast cancer / Mammacarcinoma (HR+ Her2-) (IHC 0, IHC1+ or IHC2+/ISH-) conditions. These patients must have previously undergone endocrine-based therapy and chemotherapy for their unresectable or metastatic disease.
