In the context of Tazemetostat & Follicular lymphoma (FL), the US FDA granted accelerated approval to tazemetostat on June 18, 2020, for adult patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma under two indications:

Patients with R/R FL whose tumors are EZH2‑mutant (detected by an FDA‑approved test) and who have received at least two prior systemic therapies.
