The FDA has approved lisocabtagene maraleucel for adult patients with relapsed or refractory Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) / Small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) as an accelerated approval. It is used after at least two prior therapies, including a BTK inhibitor and a BCL-2 inhibitor. Reports date this FDA action to March 14, 2024. There is no EMA/European Commission approval for CLL/SLL as of May 2026 (1)
