The authors' conclusion was: Intensification of adjuvant treatment adding panitumumab to cisplatin chemoradiotherapy (CRT) is tolerable and demonstrates improved clinical outcomes for high-risk, resected, HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients. Further targeted monoclonal antibody combinations are warranted.
