On 18 March 2022, the FDA approved the fixed‑dose combination of Nivolumab + Relatlimab for adult and pediatric patients (≥12 years) with unresectable or metastatic Melanoma (cutaneous), based on the phase II/III RELATIVITY‑047 trial showing improved progression‑free survival versus nivolumab alone (3, 4, 5).
