Pembrolizumab & Merkel Cell Carcinoma (MCC) has an FDA approval, but there is currently no EMA approval for this indication (1).

The clinical phase II treatment trial NCT02267603 revealed that

pembrolizumab showed durable tumor control and a generally manageable safety profile. Additionally, it provided favorable overall survival (OS) outcomes when compared to historical data from patients who received first-line chemotherapy (2, 3).
