Ibrutinib + Obinutuzumab is FDA and EMA approved for use in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) for previously untreated adult patients.
In a study of 229 patients, 79% treated with Ibrutinib + Obinutuzumab were progression-free at 31 months, compared to 36% with chlorambucil plus obinutuzumab.
