The FDA has also given approval for the use of sotorasib in combination with panitumumab for adult patients. These patients must have KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), as identified by an FDA-approved test. Additionally, they should have previously undergone chemotherapy based on fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan.
