The purpose of this study is to investigate if zalutumumab in combination with Best Supportive Care (BSC) is superior to BSC in non-curable patients with [Head & Neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC)].
Primary outcome measures:

The authors' conclusion was: Although zalutumumab did not increase overall survival, progression-free survival was extended in patients with recurrent Head & Neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) who had failed platinum-based chemotherapy. Zalutumumab dose titration on the basis of rash is safe.
