The main Antibody-Drug-Conjugates (ADCs) used in peripheral T-cell lymphoma is brentuximab vedotin. It targets CD30. It is the only ADC with strong evidence for frontline use in PTCL right now. Other ADCs in PTCL are still being studied. New targets like TRBC1 are not yet standard treatments (1, 2).
